The WT Enterprise Center is excited to announce a training series for growth businesses and entrepreneur development! Over the next 8 months, we will bring you quality content and training from certified coaches that will take a deep dive into four sectors of your business: business concept, organization, customer relations and operations. Each workshop is designed to give you tangible tools and practical solutions that can be immediately applied to your business!
You can purchase the entire 8 session training series for $500, or choose individual sessions for $75 each. (*Training bundle will only be available until June 27th and prices will go up to $100 five days prior to each training session.) Join us for the first workshop on May 30th from 8:30-10:30am! JULY 18 | CREATE FLOW IN YOUR BUSINESS PROCESSES
Streamlining a company's business processes will help create a more efficient workflow. In this workshop, participants will describe, review and streamline their processes, make decisions on in- and outsourcing different parts of the business, get focus on the value creative activities in the company, and decide how to create a culture that increases productivity.


AUGUST 29 | GETTING & KEEPING THE BEST EMPLOYEES
While the organization is the foundation of the company, the employees are the people that move it forward on a daily basis. In this workshop, participants will look at the position and development of current employees. They will also decide which future positions to hire and what their areas of responsibility will be as well as make sure that they will bring more value than costs into the company.


SEPTEMBER 26 | SELECTING THE BEST CUSTOMERS YOU CAN GET
The customers that business has might not be the ones it would like. In this workshop, participants will explore alternative customer segments and niches for their business, select their target customers, and also decide way to customize their product and communication.


OCTOBER 24 | FINANCIAL CONTROL AND EFFICIENCY
Keeping control over the finances is a key issue in a business. In this workshop, participants will get an overview of their cash flows and work on how to improve them - both in the short term and long term. They will also decide where to put their focus ,based on the earning power of products and customers. Finally they will create sales and cost budgets to help predict future earning and reduce costs and expenses in the company.


NOVEMBER 21 | WHAT IS YOUR CORE MESSAGE AND ARE YOU REACHING THE RIGHT PEOPLE?
Even the strongest message needs the right channels to be heard. In this workshop, participants will go through the many possibilities to market their products as well as deciding on their core marketing messages and how to present them to possible clients. They will also decided how to gather the information they need about potential customers.


DECEMBER 12 | PLANNING SALES ACTIVITIES & STRENGTHENING THE SALES CYCLE
The sales process starts before meeting the lead and does not end just because a contract has been signed. In this workshop, participants will take a look at all the phases of a sale and figure out how to improve each of them. They will go through their customer pipeline and decide which activities they can start to make the sale. They will prepare answers to skeptical questions about the product and consider which services to offer the customer before, during, and after the sale.
